Loved this product.Has a few snags that i wish they would have said something about though.
If you have a smart screen filter like internet 8 has it will block the drive from being visable to you.Just disable it and it works fine after. But it sure had me worried until i found out what was blocking it.Great product!

 Easy to use, not what I wanted though May 7, 2010

This unit is very easy to set up and syc up with your computer. On the tv screen it comes up just like an 'explore' window on your computer with files and sub-files. Somehow I was expecting something a little more automated than that, but it works just fine. My biggest disappointment was the limitations of file type. I like to buy digital copies when I purchase DVDs so that I can have a full copy on my hard drive. I thought this unit would be perfect for taking movies on vacations or other places without having to lug the actual DVD or my computer along. This unit however does not recognize the file types that digital movies come in though. All I can really use it for is listening to music, looking at pictures and watching videos that were made on my camcorder or digital camera. I should have checked into it more thoroughly before I ordered it.

I highly recomend this product.does everything and does it with style. Very well packed
Remote is a bit small for the larger hands but you can adapt quickly.
I have had mine about a month now and use it a lot. I have put about 150 movies on it and still have loads of space. I bought mine just for movies.
I did have a little issue with the first one that was sent out in that the catch to hold the drive would not hold. Contacted Amazon on their web site and had an RMA issued and they shipped the replacement out and I had it in 2 days. No hassels nothing. Forget Ebay this is the way to go.
update! 6-6-2010
Ok I still love it but find my original problem that Amazon resolved quite quickly has come back. I insert the drive in the media player dock but the drive wont lock in place. Not wanting to go through trying to exchange again I took a heavy paper binder clip and place the drive back in while clipping the clip to the front edge and it holds the drive in position and all works fine. I have several friends & family that bought this on my recomendation. Sure hope this dont happen to them. All said I guess I would do again if I could not find a similar set up. The go drive Rocks!
